They're not equal because they have different elements. If you mean something like the sums of the elements of the sets, that might not be helpful for infinite sets, as the sums might not exist.
The sets are not equal, as they don't have the same elements, but that doesn't mean that either is "larger" than the other. Would city B be more populous than city A if the residents of the former were twice as heavy as those of the latter? In such a case, we simply look at the number of residents and not their individual sizes.
i can say the cardinality of the rationals is greater than the cardinality of the integers.
You can say it, but it isn't true. One can map the nonnegative rationals (1-1) into the integers by p/q -> 2^p*3^q, where p=0 or positive, and q is positive; one then maps -p/q -> 2^p*3^q*5.
Why the fuck do people print anymore is the real question.
As a math teacher, I like to give my students paper copies of quizzes and tests. I suppose that I could place the test on my laptop and let my students each access a copy and edit it on their own devices. But aside from test-security issues, what if a student only has a cell phone? And what format to use? The students might not have software for editing PDFs, they might not have/know LaTeX, and a word processor such as Microsoft Word might be unwieldy for editing math.
Adding camouflage also increases the cost of the tank. If the enemy countermeasures are sufficiently cheaper, such camouflage might not be a good investment.
the was accidentally discovered by an Israeli tank commander who opened his hatch to take a smoke break
My understanding of Israeli tank doctrine was that the commander was supposed to have the hatch open and stand up (exposing his/her upper body). Has that changed?
What about this?

Well, Firefox 8 will probably be released first. why don't we wait and see?
Interesting, where I live, it's the republicans who make the religious view of others very much a part of my life.

In that case, wouldn't it have been better for them to have used genuine Cisco equipment and eat the price difference?
Support networks how? I recently purchased a USB-ethernet device. I simply attached the device to my laptop and ethernet cable, and it worked.
Also, I prefer needing a text editor to needing a registry editor.
What do you mean by "magnitude"? They have the same cardinality; they could have the same ordinality if they were ordered in a certain way.
I suspect Apple employees don't use Windows (TM).
die you sack of worthless shit. how dare you tell anyone else what to do.
But it's OK for you to tell him what to do.
They're not shutdown -p now's quotes, but those of Louise Mozingo, whom Mr. Hawthorne quotes in his article. The GP doesn't seem to agree with her.

The summary uses the pronouns "she" and "her". Perhaps Carol Bartz is a woman?

Only if the enemy were near the target.
Lights are cheap as long as you're not near them.
I suspect that remote-control lights are cheaper than tanks.
And searchlights can't be operated remotely.
Yeah, you just shot my precious light bulb! What, did you think I would be right next to it?
Heaven forbid that you give away the position of a light. Hint: you can be some distance away from the light.
Perhaps he meant a higher-level language (not assembler). Although that would be false as well, by your examples.
I just don't see Linus including the latter. :-)
(TeX being the fixed gear cycling of the computer world)
And what would you use for creating a document that includes mathematics?
