USA doesn't over produce, it under produces at the expense of the rest of the world.
BRRRRRRPPPPP. Try again. Here is a hint, look at the trade deficit. You are correct that the US does not over-produce but it is not at the EXPENSE of the rest of the world, it is to its benefit. Pick any US industry, and you will see this is the case. They are all either dead or dying.
As far as I'm aware, they have the legal (USA PATRIOT act legal, anyways) right to search your vehicle entirely at any international border.
No. The US Border agencies have had the authority to search you and your accompanying articles long long before the Patriot Act. You with mere suspicion, your articles with no suspicion. (They must still have probable cause to enact an arrest of you or seizure of your merchandise but may detain with reasonable suspicion.)
"evolution has been observed, including new species creation"
Aside from the amusing (and, I suspect, unintentional) contradiction between "observable evolution" and "species creation", this is incredible news of which I was unaware. What new species was observed emerging? When did it happen? This event really should resolve the question for creationists entirely.
Well, I don't know. Since it is a piece of legislation, I would suggest that the government may in fact have some role.
While I am not an anarchist, as you seem to want to paint libertarians, and believe that some government is necessary and in fact a good thing, if limited and fiercely controlled (yes, I realize the historical absurdity of that statement), if one wants to break it down into soundbites for the weak-minded, I would assert that this appears to be the action of an over-weening socialist government, not "the free marked" in action. It is GOVERNMENT that is preventing suit for collection of overtime, not the market-place.
Conservative speakers are routinely harassed, heckled, have pies thrown at them (actually that one is pretty funny - but it still constitutes "shouting down"), or otherwise prevented from presenting their perspective.
It may be your university (or life) experience that conservatives try to silence but that sure as shit isn't mine. In MY experience it is always a group of liberals (specifically, social progressives, radical environmentalists, pro-choice zealots, and "wymen studies" feminists) that engage in preventing the first amendment rights of others, ALWAYS.
I have a neighbor who didn't control his dogs either and they really liked to crap in my yard.
My son raises pigs for 4H and, during one of their afternoon walks, used my front lawn for their mess as well. Before my son had a chance to clean it up, here came the Bumpus hounds. They took one sniff and began rolling in it ecstatically. Happy dogs are fun to watch. My wife asked me if we should chase them off. Nope, says I.
I don't think that was his strategy. All the conservative blogs I have read are rather shocked that there has actually been some positive response from some pro-Hillary Democrats. If anything, I suspect that she was tapped because she has an impeccable record on removing corrupt officials, including from her own party, and will draw-in the Values-voter base. Both issues have been problems for the Republicans going into this current election.
Yes... because the alternatives have served our energy needs so well.
More to the point, any reduction in bureaucracy that does not compromise safety but that does remove barriers that are not designed to protect but merely to thwart are most welcome.
That is correct. "Red tape bureaucracy" contributes substantially to the construction costs.
According to an article in National Review I read recently, nuclear power proponents are hoping that the combination of advances in nuclear technology, high oil prices, and the relatively light carbon foot-print of nuclear power power will encourage and enable reductions in some of the bureaucracy.
"His mistake was putting it where it could be seen "
You mean saving to his hard drive where he could view the pics later? Nice try Dude. Naw, he and he alone is responsible for keeping the moo-girl pics.
Not that I really care either way but don't spin it. There is enough of that moose-shit going on.
I actually read this article elsewhere else before I saw it here and the way that article presented it I initially though he was saving pics of PETA activists and couldn't figure out how that related to obscenity.
Have to agree with ArcherB, the government is taking less from me than it was eight years ago and I am definitely one of those who is in the "don't have much" category.
On the other hand, you are assuredly correct that there are no fiscal conservatives any longer. And I strongly suspect we will not see an advocate of limited government for a very long time. Certainly not in the upcoming election, regardless of who wins.

Yessiree, Darth Vader is the voice I'M pickin!
Of course it is, and it will continue so as long as we supply the lion's share of defense for all of the major industrialized nations.

Many thanks.
Ok FINE, I don't get it! What did he want to do?!?
Yes, I realize this isn't the punchline but after the humor of the psychiatrist and gynecologist, this one looked like it should be especially funny.
BADA BING!
Thank you, thank you, I will be here all night.
Er... that should read I don't think the students here were conservative.
(Damn no edit feature.)
Dude. I can't even believe you would make such a ridiculous statement.
I don't think the students here were liberal: http://www.nysun.com/new-york/at-columbia-students-attack-minuteman-founder/41020/

Haven't seen the dogs since.

I think your post here is just nonsense but I do think we will be finding out if you are correct come November.
What an uncommonly level-headed comment. I would think you were new here if it were not for your UID.

But do you often take your desktop PC out for coffee?
Well, not so much anymore. Once I realized it was a "sure thing" I kind of stopped the romance.
I felt kinda bad until I inserted the comment, "I wanna just stay in today" on the start-up splash.

No. In communism, the State holds title to all, there is no private ownership.
"In fascism, the corporations control the state."
No. In fascism, corporations are privately owned but completely controlled by the state.
Doesn't mean the current corporate hegemony is good, just that, by conventional definition, is isn't fascism.
On the other hand, you are assuredly correct that there are no fiscal conservatives any longer. And I strongly suspect we will not see an advocate of limited government for a very long time. Certainly not in the upcoming election, regardless of who wins.
LOL. Ya gotta admit, this does enhance security.
That is what my investment research indicates... I am just waiting for some of the start-ups to go public.
Um... Dude... You need MORE reasons?
I think it actually works for both.
