    This Is exactly what I was just thinking. It is almost impossible to return any games one the shrink wrap is broken, so even if I do not accept the eula I am stuck with it. Maybe Ill just move to Europe. My friends there tell me that most of the eula is trash there any ways.

    Its nice to see that the ACLU has decided to protect my 5 year olds right to surf the net and enjoy the pron pop ups the these unethical perverts want to send. Next thing you know they will tell me that the filter software we use violates their right free speech too.

    Its hard to say who should get the Axe. truth is the
    programmers can try to predict everything, get what they think is infallable code, and some nitwit will do the one totally unexpected, unpredictable thing that will crash your code. The other thought is that this upgrade was being upgraded on some faulty code to begin with. You cant always sort out the bad code that you ahve built on. Why do you think MS keeps starting from scratch?

    Wrong Enterprise. The origional enterprise didnt have saucer seperation, In fact it wasnt even a Galaxy class vessle. The "D" had the seperation you are thinking of...I feel like such a geek now.
