  1. In Austria you get a hefty fine if they see on speed camera photos that you were using a smartphone. They need to do this because there are still to many drivers who will use their phone behind the wheel.

In case you wonder why it isn't a closed box as in the article. The old closed booths were sometimes occupied by homeless people during rain. Now it sucks.

Nice. Then I'm in real world AND in the virtual world unemployed because the quests are too limited for ten-thousands of players. And twinking would be also not possible because a quest would be stuck if the twink is abandoned but not deleted.

But the only way they could prevent the above is by locking the machine down at the BIOS level with TCPM support.

And that's what they are doing, with a special TrustedCore-BIOS-Version (more info(unfortunately in german)). A net connection is also mentioned but only that a modem connection is adequate, not if it is necessary. So good luck on simulating the whole hardware with wine etc.

Step 5: Realize that you're fucked and have to hope that the copy protection won't affect the system. Playing with a system other than windows isn't possible 'cause there is no nocd crack (cedega isn't always a solution with restrictive copy protection).

    Please quote the full paragraph:
DX10 will use much faster dynamic link libraries (DLLs), and won't incorporate older versions of DirectX, as is done today. DirectX 9 will be supported side-by-side, through DirectX 9.L (basically, that's DX9 for the Vista driver model). So right there, without using any new features, DX10 should be more efficient and faster.

Why unrelated? The publisher refers to wikipedia so another publisher/newspaper/... could do the same. I know that wikipedia is not the only Encyclopedia. But if they have no success with this case the family can still sue the publisher. If they have success then they can sue the publisher anyway if the publisher doesn't change the name after that.

The EU seems to restrict the overall tv content of all EU members to be at least 50% but it is ignored by many tv stations or is not possible by small countries ( http://oldfraser.lexi.net/publications/forum/1998/ august/critique.html ,

And this is got. If there would be more than 50% non-us-content it would cause an uproar by politicians.
