It's mostly identical, but the firmware is extremely different between the two motherboards. And unfortunately, the Mac OS relies on having EFI, not BIOS>
If you would want to sure that nitwit of a car-mechanic (probably for willfull negligence and maybe destruction of property) than why not Apple (who could could easily add a check for a tuned, and therefore maybe not compatible to their upgrade, system) ?
Because in this case, while the mechanic supplied the part it's the owner who did the actual installation. And the mechanic warned the owner repeatedly that it might not work if they modified the car.
No, their writing styles aren't at all similar.
More, I would argue that any dragging Goodkind did was of a completely different form. While Goodkind's metaplot didn't necessarily advance in any give book, at least he managed to wrap up the plot of that individual book. Jordan... not so much.
Just checking the names wasn't smart. But surely Windows could have still checked to see if they were loaded, but been smarter about it—check the file sizes and a checksum to see if they're actually the same file.
Instead they just threw the baby out with the bathwater. How smart was that?
You can make backups of Google documents, too; they support export in a variety of formats (some suitable only for display like PDF, others suitable for editing with standalone office software).
Only about 1% to 5% of a high performance 3D game is written in assembly, but without that, you wouldn't be able to enjoy Doom3 or Stalker at a respectable framerate
But how much of that 1%-5% is written by the game developers, and how much is actually in the DirectX/OpenGL libraries?
While none of these are strictly movies, it does show that Sci-Fi is interested in adult science fiction and capable of pulling it off. If Sci-Fi picked up Ender's Game, the Foundation series, the Rama series, etc., I have no doubt they'd do it right.
I think that it has less to do with the network airing the show, and more with the producers involved. The writer/director of the Dune miniseries (and writer of Children of Dune) was a fan of the books, and it showed. If the people involved in a Foundation miniseries respect the source material, it'll show; if they don't, it won't, no matter what the attitudes of those at the network.

They should risk it because it's their job. It's not the job of the target of their assault to be electrocuted.

Per the article, you need to reenter the passphrase in order to enable this.

Fortunately, Nintendo thought ahead here--cards can be scanned in any order, and repeats won't affect anything.
