    So you might want to do some actual research and speak to some municipalities.

  23. Depends on the movie theater doesn't it Potsy. There are independent move theaters that show the smaller type movies. You will almost never see an indie or foreign movie in a major chain but you will see them in smaller, independent movie theaters.
