I didn't realize an industry was a monopoly. So then there's a pharmaceutical-monopoly? Nice one Potsy and you can stop dick sucking ubber.

Listen Potsy, ubber is violating the laws. Pure and simple. If they were competing like everyone else, then there would be not problem. But they don't want to, they want to be treated specially. Fuck off as-hole.

Seriously, are you this intentionally dim. Your derivative work claim as a defense is utter bollocks. The Verve were sued by the Rolling Stone over Bittersweet symphony. The song used a sample from the Rolling Stone's song "The Last Time."

It's not derivative work. Look up the Verve and Vanilla Ice...see what the courts thought of their derivative work.

  8. No they're not. Ignorance is not an excuse. They broke they law.

  9. That's ok, the heirs claim is still valid and you're still an ass.

  10. Really tell that to the Verve....jackass.

  11. Except the lyrics explicitly stated Edith Newlin owned the copyright.

No they can't because the lyrics were created by Edith Newlin. She owns the copyright and it clearly stated that in the lyrics.

  13. Re:Oh give me a break on CBS, Others Sued For Copyright Infringement Over "Soft Kitty" In Big Bang Theory (arstechnica.com) · · Score: 4, Informative

The music company did not have authority to grant CBS the rights. The lyrics clearly stated who owned the copyright. CBS could have easily figured this out.

  14. And you can fuck off because her heirs own the rights.

  15. Actually no, not it's not. They don't have the technology to develop a H bomb nor did them test one. Thanks for playing...

  21. "Any millennial joining the financial services industry, who expects a flawless user experience both at home and at work, is – I'm sure – surprised on their first day in the office when they get to their desk and are transported back in time by the technology they're expected to use."

And that millennial, my good man, would be a fucking idiot. There is no such thing as flawless user experience. Most systems, most procedures have flaws.

From these types of articles, it seems that millennials are fucking idiots that can't think for themselves and if they don't have things spoon fed to them they can't function. Talk about the moron generation. I hope, for their sake, this is not true because reality is going to eat them alive they will forever be consigned to the dustbin of uselessness.

Really? When's he getting back in? There's no word. And there's no reason because obviously you can TRACK HIM and notice if he's got access to info he shouldn't. But then the vendor should FIX THE FUCKING HOLE!

  23. As opposed the Benghazi nut jobs...

  24. Bullshit! This is white intrusion. Unless he kept the information and did something with it, he was trying to determine the problem. Get over yourself you troll.

  25. Actually there's no difference. He accessed some data. The question is why? If it was to determine the extent of the problem, then no big deal. If it was like watergate - to get an advantage, then yes problem. A concern is that the vendor was notified by the Sanders campaign that something was wrong and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. The vendor makes it look like the Sander's campaign was up to no good. In future they should just report the issue to the media and let the vendor look like a fucking ass-hole, as opposed to save their reputation.
