    Where the hell does it say that requesting those records is illegal? All it says it that it would cause undo burden. Apparently you can do any research. http://bethclarkson.com/?p=463 The 2013 lawsuit was rejected, again, on the ground that it would cause undo burden and **NOT** because the request was illegal.

    Umm, a theory is a proven set of hypothesis. A hypothesis is an educated guess. So I think you mean hypothesis not theory because last time I checked, gravity was a fact.

  8. What sick world do you live in where you think people were used to mass death. Seriously get a fucking grip. We could have easily gone to war with the Soviet Union at the end of WWII and have won it but NO ONE wanted another war. Patton would have done it but there was little interest in opposing the Soviet Union at the time. So no, people were not used to mass death. Put another way, people did not have the stomach for war.

    Reuters is engaged in a witch hunt that much is clear. The only thing Clinton is guilty of is bad email practice. There has been no smoking gun; nothing that come close to treason or giving away state secrets. Jesus Christ, check every member of Congress and see how they handle email, are they all in compliance.

If a 3rd party produces a replaceable component for your product then you have the right to use that part. Case closed, welcome to America.

    Another point, by tying you to a specific replacement part, it artificially raises the price sine you do not have an option to shop around. That's anti-free market.

    LMOL 50% per core. Try looking at performance tests. Intel is nowhere near twice the performance; which is what you would want at a minimum for 3x the cost.
