I do believe that the more violence that a person is exposed to in movies, games, books, and in real life the more they are apt to feel that violence is a way of solving problems. However, the degree to which it has an effect on the person varies by person. Thus it should be up to the person to decide how much violence to expose themself to. Or in the case of children it is the parents' job, not the government's. What happened to the idea of *parents* raising their children?!
I say all the radio stations simultaneously play Anthrax's song Startin' Up A Posse http://www.lyricscafe.com/a/anthrax/killerb.html in protest. Of course this won't happen. Why would the radio stations, who are all pretty much owned by Clear Channel and Radio One, want to speak out against the government after the government is helping them build their huge corporate media monopolies. P.S. I would like to take this opportunity to say FUCK on the internet while I still can and not be fined or imprisoned for it.
Microsoft still owes me $87 for forwarding an email to 20 of my friends to help them test their email tracking system. I hope they don't plan on reneging on that. I lost 20 friends to make that $87!
Accoding to the article MS has $17 billion of expences each year. Trimming off $1 billion of those doesn't sound like such a bad idea. After all, A billion saved is a billion earned, so the saying goes (adjusted for inflation).
For what it's worth I emailed G4 to tell them what total smeg heads they are. I would have emailed Comcast, but I couldn't find any contact information. TechTV is most of the reason I have cable (well satellite).
That's it. Time to take away all of India's computers. All they do is sit around all day trying to make something for nothing on the internet, provide crappy tech support, and pirate Microsoft software and copyrighted music and movies. No wait... that's what I do all day : /

Peltier effect devices aren't very efficient unfortunately. Compressors are still better for larger applications.
