Since when is there more than one solar system? Are there multiple stars other then our own sun with the name Sol? I guess the uneducated masses have relegated solar system to the same generic status as xerox.

My PSP has one pixil that is constantly red right in the middle of the screen. It is unnoticable during gameplay. However, on my March green menu background it is fairly visisble. I also own an older Sony VIAO Laptop that I purchaced for school in 2k. It also has one dead pixil that is constantly lit red. Strangly enough, if I tap the back of the case it lights up correctly for a while and then turns red again. When I called Sony about it, they gave me the same line. All FP displays have a high likelyhood for this issue and they were going to do nothing about it until there where at lest 15 dead pixils. At least 15 is the amount my paltry excuse for a memory can recall :) We just got 25 hp L1925 displays in the office. Not a single on of them has a dead pixil. Perhaps Sony is making excuses for poor manufacturing! CUT COSTS CUT COSTS

"So certain are you..." - Yoda Wow, thats pretty informed. When did you get access to the source code for the NT micro kernel. Ok so at some point in time, it may happen that some other OS such as Linux, or the MacOS may gain enough desktop market share that the bad people of planet earth will want to break in and steal my personal information. Then they take over my computer so they can store their 2TB porn collection and run DoS attacks on Redhat.com or apple.com. Security holes are a fact of software. We don't know about all of the holes in other OS's becuase it is not profitable for the bad guys to dig deeply for them. What cache is ther in touting that you managed to get Fedora to crap its pants. Do it to Window$ and now your a god and general.

Yeah, I used to work for an out-sourer. I supported old Apple performa's, then later Prodigy Internet. 5 years of fixing coffee cup holders drove me to a college education. Anyway, the general rule of thumb is that if you hear hold music, the person with whom you are speaking cannot hear you. If you hear dead air, the service rep has the phone on mute and can hear everything you say. Now, hold music does not mean that a recording device or an independant reviewer cannot hear your every word. As a lead I had to remote monitor phone reps and I heard a few people say some stuff ranging from mean to stupid when they thought they were on hold.
