    Not when said game got featured on the TF2 developer's blog a couple months ago. It's been spreading like wildfire since then. 60k sales isn't that surprising.

    If they do decide to play follow the leader with the tab bar, I hope they include the option to have it the normal way. The taps-at-the-top UI bugs me as I then have to move my mouse that much more to switch tabs.

    Is the obsession with jetpacks just about being like a comic book superhero?

    Pretty sure the answer is yes.

    If one wants to fly without an airplane around them, an approach like the Martin Jetpack works much better. Far longer flight time and much more altitude. Cheaper fuel too.

    44 states have laws explicitly permitting mothers to breastfeed anywhere they like, mostly worded like the Texas law you quoted (Texas was the third state with such a law, after Florida and North Carolina). The remainder (except for West Virginia, where it remains illegal to breastfeed in public) at least have laws exempting breastfeeding from indecency laws.

  10. Much the same here. The local landfill is surrounded by farmland and industrial zones. While the major highway is nearby, it's opposite the prevailing winds and thus isn't a problem.

    For comparison, truck drivers aren't allowed to drive for more than 11 hours a day (14 hours on duty) with a required 10 hours downtime, with a limit of 60/70 hours on duty per 7/8 days.

    It has similar benefits in men (with regards to certain colon and rectal cancers), but since those aren't marketable diseases, they can't be bothered to fucking get the drug approved for use in males.

    Your information is out of date. Gardasil was approved for use on men almost a year ago.

    The spam is offering antibiotics such as linezolid, teicoplanin, daptomycin, and tigecycline, antibiotics that are reserved for highly resistant bacteria ("superbugs" like VRE and MSRA), not the stuff you can get from a veterinarian. These drugs being used inappropriately is a very bad thing.

    My accounts have been getting more offers of narcotics than genital enlargement in the past few months. Also got a few spams selling antibiotics, which is a new one, and even more reprehensible if they're genuine.

    A lot of us still do that here in Canada. Even with a FWD vehicle (my car lacks anti-lock brakes, nevermind traction control), you can still wind up with an unpleasant oversteer on icy roads.

    I find your faith in breathalyzers disturbing. They are not reliable machinery in any sense of the word. They're accurate to within a factor of 3 at best (The base assumption that breath alcohol and blood alcohol are correlated by a factor is faulty, as that factor is not even close to constant between people) and can throw false positives off many things. Use Listerine or eat a ripe fruit in the past hour? As far as the machine is concerned, you're three sheets to the wind.

    Depends on your definition of "wireless broadband". That could include both cellular networks as well as point-to-point wireless networks, which is probably one of the best methods of extending broadband to rural areas.

    No, most have no such thing. 20 states have some degree of a close in age exemption.

    Someone has to pay for all of those people who will not pay for their health care.

    You already do this in a more indirect manner. What do you figure a hospital does when someone is unable to pay a bill? Raises other prices to make the ends meet. And, delightfully, you now have a positive feedback loop, as the higher the prices, the more people who will be unable to pay, so prices have to be raised even more.
