What's the difference between a lawyer and a hooker?

A hooker will stop screwing you after you die.

Generally speaking, it is respectful to give the family some time. And realistically court cases before do need to be brought before a judge before someone has finished grieving properly.

However that isn't taking into account that this should have been dropped the second the guy did. The fact that the RIAA is continuing negates any "gestures" they might make.

It is opt-in. You opt-in when you buy a mobile. You opt-in when you go with this particular company. If you are already with the company on a contract, I'd be ringing up their customer support to cancel the contract (at no charge for you of course. And I'd fight them until they gave me what I want. I've found most of the time they'll cave in relatively quickly, if you survive the automated phone system coupled with call waiting. And always remember to ask for their name before you start talking).

I use to wonder about this as well. And then I realised the most simple explanation. There's nothing. There is no border as we think of borders. Instead the universe as we think of it is actually just the populated region. The universe itself actually goes on forever, it's just that once you reach a certain point there's no energy or matter there. Why is it empty? Because everything began from a seed and the energy and matter that was created from that seed can only travel so far in a specific amount of time.

The real question is, how was that seed created?
