    Not sure why these dealers are so scared. Tesla is a super high end product that only gets 200 or so miles to a charge. The appeal to even fairly well of people is limited. The existing car companies are still going to be prevented from selling directly.

  6. If you fired half of the GS-15 supervisors you wouldn't notice anything. Examiners are on production and actually get cases out the door. Show me another government agency where they actually have to produce, as opposed to just show up (including Congress).

    No, they were people watching child pornogrophy. The actual pornogrophers that make the stuff are still out there. It's just too hard to go out and do real police work and get those making it. Much easier to sit in an office and search for the watchers.

    Uber's already way ahead on this. They have vehemently insisted that they are not a cab company and have yet to lose a legal battle. Local government lawyers are not the brightest bulbs on the tree and it will take years before Uber and such are kicked to the curb. It will take actual legislation and these companies are really popular (at least int the U.S.). So good luck getting electected while opposing these companies.
