I was able to live without them. I can do it again. Nothing of any real vallue for others (exept perhaps financial)

People think that we must rember everything always all the time. We don't. Forgetting is a good thing. We have been doing it for thoudands of years.

I know we forgot how the pyramids where build. We are now able to do so much more and better.

So ckearly it IS possible to stop these type of calls. I also never heard any of my friends having any issues.

Disclaimer: I live in Belgium. I also work ata company and we do robocalls to our own customers who are late with payments. Sometimes we have the wrong number, so yes, unwanted robocalls do exist.

In Belgium everybody is a registerd voter. No need to inform anybody. You show up, they cross you if the list. You can only be on ine list.

Voting by letter: ballot in s blank envelope in an envelope with your credentials. Envelopes are opened and you have voted. Blank envelopes go into a first pile and shaken up. If there is identification on the envelope, it will be destroyed. Otherwise the vote goes into the box.

There are e dicated people to handle papers and witnesses from the parties who can only look and not touch.

Alas e-voting is a thing. Less risks with a multi party system, but still.

I would love to have a no-google-apps phone. Just a store I can download apps I actually want. If possible one where things are actually free and not 10.000 of the same game with different names and all with a shitload of ads.
