Are you aware that the USA only supplies 5% of the world population? Once you go down that road then 95% of the world population won't give a rat's ass USA trademarks. Is that what you want?
By my estimation in >90% it will be the very first character which is caps, the rest lower and 12 numbers at the end. Pretty simple algorithm for a code cracker to implement. Thinking of it: forcing numbers actually make it easier to crack a password as they mostly added to the end.
There was no confirmed breach just suspicious traffic. And a lot of media hype. Almost all media misquoted the incident so the hole incident sounds more exiting.
And even if there was a breach: Unlike almost all other Cloud services Lastpass encrypts all data client site. Either by plug-in or JavaScript. Without the master password data is useless.
And no: master passwords where not stolen — as the media tells everybody — if your master password is weak then someone might guess it.
Well I have respect for “scientists” which do not know the difference between blown ans sucked and therefore I did not consider TFA worthy of my attention.
That won't help as dalvik and JavaVM are the problem and not Java-the-Language. And if the language where the problem we would go for Scala which is a dam side better then Python and is much better integrated into JavaVM.
Because the Editor and the Marketer are much more expensive. Paper is cheap, Printing is done by robots these days. And you do need to do layout for eBooks as well. Chapters, Heading etc pp. is still there in a well made eBook.
From you posting I take it you did not use NetBeans recently. Netbeans has improved a lot. I even think it is better the InteliJ IDEA these days. At the very least NetBeans has the best Maven integration of the three. Just saying because you don't like Ant.
You are not allowed to set higher suggested retail price at Amazon then in any other shop. Read the hole agreement before posting: https://developer.amazon.com/

But you would need to sell Pinball 2.0a at Amazon as well. Amazon wants all your apps present and future. For present you have 14 days to upload them *all*. For future you need to upload at Amazon 14 days ahead of any other shop.

Another reply I cut copy paste: You have to upload all your apps in 14 days after agreeing. You need to upload new apps at Amazon 14 days before uploading them elsewhere. Read the hole agreement: https://developer.amazon.com/
For your loophole to work you need to found a 2nd company.
(that is the wrong found isn't it. Well, I am only a German, I don't know how the other one is spelled)
Amazon thought about that loophole as well: You have to upload all your apps in 14 days after agreeing. You need to upload new apps at Amazon 14 days before uploading them elsewhere. Read the hole agreement: https://developer.amazon.com/

You are spot on. Thanks for the posting. BTW: You forgot to mention: You have to sell all your Apps at Amazonl. So you can't have a special Amazon edition as well.

Indeed. It is all over the world. To bad that honest comendable behaviour does not pay out in the end.
Well I have respect for “scientists” which do not know the difference between blown ans sucked and therefore I did not consider TFA worthy of my attention.
There is a copy on sourceforge but no developers to improve on it.
Funny that you mention Germany because by German standards a democratic vote is direct and equal and the US Presidential election is neither.

"Those" shops are in the Netherlands not Finland.
You did not read the details. Selling physical goods true an app is completely banned. So there won't be an 30% cut for Apple here. ;-)

Actually Twitter uses Scala these days.

4: try to skirt the edge of the agreement by selling a slightly different product through amazon than through other vendors.
You need a 2nd company for that as well. Because amazon demands that you sell all your apps thrue them.

You need to sell all (or at least upload them for sale) at Amazon. For your trick to work you need to create a 2nd company.

I guess they thought they can charge whatever Apple can changes. But then Apple charges for the developers kit not the shop usage.
