Bleh. Wow. What a waste of webpage.
I'm typing this on a laptop. ibm thinkpad
I've seen laptops. My teacher at my las school had a big heavy one. Acutally, we did have a Apple IIc, which could be lugged around!
I was thinking that some major crisis had broken out and a million pages were hijacked at once creating something bigger than any other Internet event other, and it caused Google's stock to tank and force to them go private again, lay off workers and go bankrupt. But that's crazy.
But still, word it right. Damn it.
Maybe they should install security cameras in the store.
They released the patch and already it's cracked. Looks like they need to hire Johansen. I wonder if it held together with bubblegum.
I just sensed a disturbance in the force.
Anyways, why can't we start doing this more often. I'm sure plenty of planets will popup by the end of the decade.
The TIME technology section has pretty much done away with the small column format and has decided to snazz it up for the PSP. Saying it's pretty much going saying that the DS' ass is gonna be kicked because it's a relic from the Ice Age and you've gotta have the PSP.
Although I'm a Sony guy (well maybe neutral I dunno). Nintendo has been making handhelds since 89. This is Sony's first foray into handheld gaming, so I'm siding with Nintendo on this one folks.
I don't think it's a stopgap but maybe it could be. I don't think it's a gimmmick. Does any other handheld have a bulit-in chat program that allows you to chat with people around you? Nope. Only the DS does. No, stop-gap console would include something like that.
Now, I'm a Sony man (I have both the PSX, up in my room, though our N64 is hooked up and PS2, which is plugged into the TV across from me) but on this, I'm siding with DS.
I never knew that so many Slashdotters had an intrest in icons, so much that it brings down a DAMN SITE ON THE HISTORY OF ICONS!
You people have no lives, of course then again, neither do I.
Hasbro is local company to us. It's just north of me in Beverly, MA. I live somewhere south. Anyways, why can't Hasbro just offer to buy out eScrabble. Keep the free users and then make a plus version that requires some $$? That seems much more smarter. Companies still dont seem to get the message.
Don't stamp it out, join with it.

I know that.
Opera had tabbed browsing before Firefox, but Firefox seems to have more users and it uses PNG, a W3C, while Microsoft has finally chosen to display it correctly. I mean, I don't think they considered Opera a threat so they never tossed those features in until now when Firefox has "popularized" by having so many users.
I know PNG is a standard, I'm just saying that IE has finally chosen to display it correctly....
I know tabbed browsing isn't a "firefox feature" either but still, Firefox to me seems to have more users than Opera, so I just generalized it.
many many many years.
It's really annoying when IE5 popups and forces you to sign up for MSN when I format my HD reinstalling the annoying Windows Me.
Then, I set it up and I have to download Firefox, then sometimes I have to switch over to IE for some websites that don't work well with Firefox and then the crappy Windows Update comes up and rubs IE 6 in your face, and you have to seperately download the damn thing. I'm just glad this is only XP-wise, I don't want to be force-fed another IE.
will it run on Linux?
Hmmm. Appearently, Microsoft has finally began to consider Firefox a threat because *cough*tabbed browsing* is a Firefox feature and so is PNG. Finally, IE learns they need to include PNG.
Though, just because it has all these ""new"" *cough*ripoff*cough* features doesn't mean I'll use it. I'm insecure as it is running on Windows Me!

20 years later..... Hmm, here's a old story reported by the AFP? What's the AFP? I dunno. Maybe some French thing.
Are they gonna claim that they owned APRANET? Someday, Microsoft will own the IETF, Internet Society and W3C. We'll be screwed.

It's always them. They always solve this stuff in college. They get famous...then drift off into obsucurity. Like the Indian guy. And, I hate math.
BILLLLLLLLLLLLLL NYEEEE THE SCIENCE GUY! Oh, the days when I used to watch that, then thoses bastards at PBS stopped airing the reruns! DAMN THEM!
Well then again, it's a blue star. So... it shouldn't have that hard to detect. Damn she's hot, I'd love to get her in the solarsack.

Or two. The era of "Apple One-button Mice" and The era of the "Apple Two-button Mice troll"
Seriously, imgaine.

WHAT ABOUT US ME USERS BITCH! But yes, I'm pretty sure this is when they really dump us! Although, I'm pretty sure they did that a long long time ago.
Or in five years when IE 10 is out...
