    Far easier than overflowing the memory.

    Just look for the other computer's MACs and then tell the switch that they are on your port.
    You then send a copy of their data to them.

    But with Bittorrent, you *have to* redistribute.
    With HTTP its not required.

    I think by releasing it via bittorrent gives you a implied licence to both download it and distribute it to others.

    From a Judge's perspective it can only mean that since they were releasing it to everyone via a medium which requires re-distribution.

    In theory you also have to prove that the recipient downloaded all the chunks, not just the one.

    In Australia piracy increased by 30% over Christmas due to shit being on TV and the writers strike.

    Erm are you using the open source drivers?
    No 3d acceleration.

    Use the nVidia drivers which are nearly identical to the Windows ones.

    Its just a matter of transforming the data in to a format the GPU can handle efficiently.

    I want to support ATI and AMD, but nVidia just works.
    Their drivers are very nice.

    Until that changes I'm a nVidia guy.
    A third party open source driver should fix the problems.

    Not entirely sure what you mean.
    If you Google the at risk bits in your computer (wifi, webcam) then you'll very easily be able to tell if it works or not.

    The number of things that dont work is very small these days.
    Its improving all the time.

    The people who they want to keep that stuff secret from (other countries) dont have to obey the rules, and already have the pics they want.

    Not too many other people are interested in secret military bases other than just plain curiosity.
