    The shysters send out letters knowing it's mathematically impossible to get to 1% of the (barratry) cases they just sent letters regarding before the statute of limitations runs out.

    It's really just the old send a fake cleaning bill to out of state restaurants scam. You only need about 1% chumps for it to pay off nicely.

    Even if a few lower class black people still use African names, doesn't change the fact the names tell the story of where they come from.

    The proof is they used 'standard' white names. No hyphenated to hell 4 part redneck names, no Harlies, no Dualies, not even a Moonbeam.

    Hint: Middle and upper class black families mostly give their kids standard American names. Not being dumbasses.

    Nobody named their kids 'Trevon' in 1960. It's some sort of new insanity.

    Find a news story about any of the recent black involved shootings. Look at the names.

    For some reason, blacks think it's cute to make up names/spellings. In the 1960s they misspelled Swahili names, these days they just pull letters from a scrabble set and add 'von' 'wa' or 'sha' at the end.

    As I pointed out uptread. They found about 300 unique spellings (almost all of which were not actually unique) of unique used as a name. How many do you think were not black people?

    They never did a fair test.

    Watch the lack of responses to people named 'Harley', 'Bubba' and 'Billy-Joe-Jim-Bob'. But you'll never know, because that test wouldn't have gotten any press.

    African Americans do in fact, like to make up names/spellings.

    No I don't know why.

    IIRC there were something like 300 unique spellings of unique used as a name. How many do you think aren't black?

    When this study was done for job interviews, the test was always low class black names vs. obvious middle/upper class white names.

    Nobody has tested 'LaTrina' vs. 'Harley', just 'LaTrina' vs 'Richard'. Because they know the answers they are looking for.

    You measure it the same way you measure any noisy data. Lots of samples and averaging.

    We don't know the value of getting the Sunnis and Shia fighting again.

    It could have been brilliant. Our grandchildren will be in a position to know, but likely won't care if it turns out well (towel heads keep fighting for a century or so).

    Technical subjects are mostly right.

    Even with tech there are exceptions...Wikipedia thinks CNC stands for 'Computer Numeric Control' not 'Continuous Numeric Control'. And now they have a cite circle, so no fixing it.
