  1. Planet: on How Would You Define a Planet? · · Score: 1

An object orbiting the Sun and visible by reflected sunlight. There is no official lower limit to the size of a planet, but the name has not been applied to small objects such as comets or asteroids. The name comes from the Greek word for "wanderer" and was applied to the visible planets that were observed to move relative to the fixed stars. In contrast to comets and asteroids, planets tend to be in quite regular orbits that are usually close to a single plane.

And they say Russians are cheap? These guys are the live-wire for ISS. U.S, who claim the most of ISS are reluctant to launch a shuttle after Katrina. I dont see reason. Russians whose economy is much on the brink are doing the save-the-day-job for the ISS. I think U.S never thanked Russia for their support in the project-ISS and the fact that Russians are feeding those abandoned astronauts in the ISS.

I don't think this is a decline. As the popularity and need for the Internet is growing so fast, more and more people(consumers) have access to this internet. 10-15 years back mostly geeks or IT pros had access to the internet. At that time even this site ("Slashdot.org - News for Nerds) was not so popular as we see today.
