I am glad they finally got to it, but if apache had told their bank that there was an issue with their account , I am sure they would have wanted their bank to do something right away about it, and not 4.5 years ago....you just have to hit them where it hurts...ddos their banks, not their servers.....
I agree with your comment, google should not be held accountable that child p0rn show up on their ads, it should be the feds that take the time to troll the ads that google provides, and says yes or no to them before showing them to their demographics..... technically google should have no checking in place and just post whatever ads they get paid to place.
Sarcasm aside, I do understand where you are coming from as legit looking businesses might not always be legit although they do look it.... In this case, this is just the feds going after a easy cash cow settlement with google, as none of them would ever waste time with a small ad firm listing 2 ads, on 10 websites...they got a wopping 500 million for their work, even if it is lame (going after google is always lame).... that means they get to operate yet another day....
If a bios does not inherent security checking for the mbr of a drive, to see if malware or virus exists, then it is crap, and almost 99% of all bios out there do not have this.....hence...maybe if symantec gave out some free code for mbr checked to all bios writers, it would be a great day in paradise !
What about all the parents now that have to get a babysitter for them time during that extra 1 day a week, where they can not rely on school being the baby sitter, but need to be home to supervise the child...some parents (single moms) work for the time the kid is at school..doing this is really not going to solve anything, instead try and save money by forcing all paper to be cut down, and all school supplies to be cut down, ebooks instead of paperback, all tests can be done on computer terminals, where schools become really paperless..there will be a lot more savings when you consider how much paper a school goes through.

Don't get me wrong,... I hate the way humans treat animals...they destroy their lands, they think they don't have as much right to live as they do.... I hate the way humans will entrap an animal , take it out of its element, then put a collar on them, then treat them as if all along they were meant for that life, and get upset with them when they do something natural for that species (like bark, or scratch their nails on something to trim their nails naturally)
I hate the fact that we can drive around on cement roads that has destroyed thousands of homes for dirt dwellers, and that when a groundhog or raccoon needs to get to the other side, he gets hit only because he was trying to find a food source....I hate the way some people become desensitized when working in meat and poultry factories to the point they stomp on live chickens or kick the animals into pulp, for the pure joy of it. That is not even the tip of the iceberg...
I do hope at some point some alien race comes to this planet and sees our total disregard for other species on this planet, and treats us like we have treated the animals here....I really would appreciate that the race I was born into, which I am so embarrassed to say that I am a part of, would learn respect for other living beings, and even more so respect for the environment they live in.

The problem is that blizzard is just too damn greedy...the "5 billion in the bank is not enough" attitude, is sickening. I have been an avid player since the beginning, and have lately stopped playing for a few months at a time...to avoid repeated play time...so that when an expansion comes out, i grind it to a certain level long enough to feel comfortable, yet not long enough for blizzard to make too much money off of me.
This being said, I did not understand why they would also turn around and do only to lvl 85 instead of lvl 90 on the last expansion...again being greedy. No one is going to play your game forever, and now that you are trying to really squeeze more out of your players that have already spent an arm and a leg playing your damn game,...you realize "oh crap" we should not have done that....
With all the hacked accounts as well, or p0wning going on, when someone complains about something, take care of them, offer them real compensation for their troubles, else they will leave, we know how hard it is to grind stuff...so offer more goodies more often...this 5 eggnogs and cookies as christmas gifts sucks,....bring out the cool weapons instead...help the player along...

why would you say that, if the av checking the bios is kept up to date then there would be no problems detecting the repacked mbr viruses
