If you just want to slipsteam, don't mess with nlite as it can really screw up an install if you don't know what you are doing, instead try autostreamer.
I'm a scientist (Chemist) and I've never heard of him. Now that I know about him, I really don't care. It's cool what he is doing I guess, but in the scheme of things, it doesn't really matter.
Webmail does nothing what-so-ever to prevent and/or stop spam. You don't think the mail servers use SMTP on their end and we simply use the web to access it?
Hydroelectric is one of the most environmentally destructive ways we can produce power. That and most of the naturally prime spots to put hydroelectric plants have already been used.
I would use all other options before hydroelectric.
I have never heard or read that. The only thing I ever hear touted about 802.11n is the increased speed, which doesn't excite me at all. I rarely saturate my 802.11g connections.
I've wondered about that, but haven't cared enough to do anything about it. My AP is at one end of the house and the microwave is in the middle. Everything on the side opposite the AP cuts out when the microwave is started and won't reconnect as long as it's running. It's a new microwave (>1yr old).
The wireless in my home cuts out when the microwave is started, has 802.11n fixed that? How about secure systems? There is much less of a chance of your network being broken into if the thief needs physical assess to the network.
I don't know about urban areas but here and several other places I know of, you can deny the utilities the use of your property. It happened with natural gas lines a couple years and the company had to go around them.
I'll take Indiana over 95% of the rest of the USA. It's a beautiful place to live, especially in the south. Rolling hills, forests, lakes, caves, wildlife, it beats the city any day.
I live in Harrison county, about 20 mins from this casino and know people that work there. There were people just walking up and cashing out without playing at all. There is one specific incident mentioned in the article where a woman put in $100 and got a voucher for $1000 without even playing.

Oh, now I get it. The Internet is absolutely perfect and any attempt to change anything is a conspiracy. Blah!
New and better things come along and the current way the internet works is no different. Loosen the tin-foil.
Blogs lack accountability and can't be cited in any proper journal or paper. That is the reason they are not a source.
You link to a blog and expect anyone to take it seriously?
Repeat after me. A blog is not a source.
Maybe because it's bullshit? There is no evidence what-so-ever of anyone blocking Cl shipments to Iraq.

I normally get 26.4 with my 56k modem. A few times I have hit 44.1, but that is it.
I'm in the same boat as this guy, but verizon is supposed to have DSL in the area by the end of the year.
Not too shabby? Thats 100^2 miles that will be devoid of sunlight because it covered up by panels. I see that as a huge problem.
You don't have to have a phoneline for tivo anymore. You could get around it all the way to the series 1 models if you did a little modification.
They could be lying and they could not be. The fact is that you have no idea and you are simply talking out of your ass.
Very true, but since it is rare that everyone makes an A, it isn't a problem.
I agree.
My ass. My entire high school time was based on the point system. Everyone in the class could get an A and everyone could get an F.
No one used the curve. Nor did anyone in college.

Giving to the common good should be a personal choice, it should NOT be government mandated.
I should have the freedom to help, or not help.
It still works just fine. My directv only goes out during the worst of thunderstorms.

We in way shape or form have "completely unbridled market capitalism." Thats impossible when you have government granted monopolies, the FCC, etc.
Telecoms are using government regulation in their favor. They don't want capitalism.

Here is a better article about the incident. The Courier Journal

I personally cannot stand the taste of coffee.
How can something that smells so good taste so bad?
