    The program was made for the legal verson. The fact that you can use it the worng was has nothing to do with the progam it self. There's a lot of info on this if you go to the EFF website and look up the DMCA. I just wrote a speech on the DMCa and metioned this case.

    I've been saying it for years: running IE is worse then smashing your box with a hammer. At least with the hammer you can try to save part of the harddrive.

    It also seems that you pick up a TON more when you run IE. Thats why I switched to Netscape (And yes, I know I should switch to FireFox).

    wetherbug is useful... until it starts throwing pop-ups at you and crashes your comp. As for most users, they don't realy know about it. It probably bugs them but they just ignor it since they don't know what to do about it.

    The answer to spyware is Spybot, it's free and it works.

    As you mention, people steal things off bikes. A big thing that people often take are seats and front wheels since they often have a quick release. This isn't such a problem with old bikes (since they use wrenches to lock up the wheels) but it's a large problem for newer, more expensive bikes. It's gotten to the point where people will lock their bikes and pop out the wheel and seat and take it with them.

    I was going to post that last night. If you follow the link, it has about 5 videos on cracking the locks. Some of the funniest stuff I've seen in a LONG TIME!
