    Plays anything I throw at it (samba share, NFS share, media server like orb, local storage, etc) and does just about every online video service (netflix, blockbuster, etc).

    Picked it up for $89 in November. Fantastic!

    Fine, give the vaccinations. Maybe at 10 years of age. But requiring toddlers to have STD vaccines is kind of pushing it.

    It all depends on how long it takes the vaccine to produce the best immune response.

    The whole stupid issue with the "Mandating HPV vaccine for 11 year olds" is because it takes years for the immune system to fully gear up against HPV after the vaccine, just in time for 15 or 16 year olds who are become sexually active.

    And I encourage you to tell some poor 8 year old who was infected via blood transfusion that it was better that he didn't get the vaccine as a 2 year old...

    However, the FAA's advisory circular AC 91-57 restricts them to flight under 400 feet and under direct visual control of the operator. If you're standing on the ground watching the aircraft and controlling it, that's fine. If you're sitting in front of a display and controlling it without directly seeing it, it is not a model operating under AC 91-57

    Please point out where on AC 91-57 the world "direct visual control" appear:

    Most StreetView images are soooooo low res that you can't make out street numbers on most houses.

    Maybe businesses with large street number signs, but not houses.

    Huh, my TiVo HD XL (not the Premiere) does great playing Netflix, 720p/Dolby Digital and all. You can't do anything other than play what's in your queue (you can't add to your queue), but I never have buffering/crashing issues with it.

    I don't buy the "they're too similar to people" argument. I don't care how similar to people they are, they're not people. A person's ethical concerns are limited to the realm of people. There is no valid normative theory that draws a line between Negroes and the rest of animals

    Preventing replay attacks is easy. Drone has an internal clock. Drone detects that GPS signals are out of sync with internal clock, and thus determines they are being spoofed.

    I just grabbed the newest version, the WDTV Live Streaming Server "Gen 3", which is essentially the "Hub" product without the internal hard drive.

    Will WDXLTV be available for this model ever? If so, do I really care? It plays *everything* I throw at it...so what else does XL do, other than being a torrent/usenet client?

    If the premise were true, based on the giant multitude we have talking on cell phones, and the occurrence of accidents amongst drunk drivers, we should all be dead.

    Or maybe drunk driving isn't quite as dangerous as it's made out to be (at least in comparison to other driving-impairing conditions/states)?

    Yeah, to an official US mail box. At least be honest in your assessment. UPS and FedEx could deliver letters all day long, just not to your "official" mail box...and they do.

    Also supports sharing an NTFS or NFS drive to the network via a USB2.0 port.

    People say "your blood will boil", but that's not actually what happens; the bubbles will be dissolved gasses coming out of solution.

    Um, that's the definition of boiling: Dissolved gasses coming out of solution. Can be induced by heating the fluid, lowering the atmospheric pressure, or both.
