As far as I know a group in German tried to get the Bible placed on the 'Not for Children' list. It wasn't serious, they did it as as a demonstraction.
What you really need then is a contract that will aplpy if the vendor doesn't specify one themselves. For example if I buy an apple in a shop, I don't sign or see a contract but there is laws in place as if I had madde a contract. You want the default contract to be fair and just, so that it will not put a huge burden on small, nice, companies.
From 2002: You lump Metroid Prime as a sequel. True, there have been many Metroid games, but Metroid Prime (MP) was unique compared to the rest of the Metroid series. It was a 3D First Person Adventure, opposed to the rest which were side scolling adventure games. It's not a First Person Shooter as there is no skill needed to aim and shoot. I would consider it to be an innovative game.
