Oooh these guys are the genuine parasitic troll, too:
"Well, at Unilocs’ website, at the time of this writing, lives the text: “In the device recognition space, for example, we believe that we have uncovered a billion dollar market And it fits our straightforward development model. Look at many ideas. Pick an outstanding one. Patent it. Commercialize it. Reap the rewards.”"
Asshole, go look up what spyware and malware are. Now go look up what a content distribution platform is. Note how they are not the same thing?
As well, this is Valve's engine. It's not like it's some third party engine only available in steam - it's by the creators of steam and they can do what the fuck with the engine they wish.
Keep in mind - you need what's called a sacrificial anode if you are going to be dangling things in the seawater that can conduct and possibly hold a potential (such as an RF ground would). Otherwise electrolysis is going to make that metal disappear faster than you thought possible:P
Just make sure it's a suitably thick wire. You might want a sacrificial anode, because with enough of a potential that salt water is going to eat that wire quickly.
Not just shortwave. You really should get your Amateur license to at least General class, and get some HF gear.
From the water like that, people on the other side of the planet could hear your pleas for help. Of course, knowing where you are is very important. Get some good charts, a good marine timekeeper, and a sextant - learn how to use it. Hope you don't need to use them - but if the GPS is dead...
Go ahead and look at my history. Shilling? Really?
Says the bitch who hides behind AC.
You... you do realize who the FAA is?
FAA certification?

Is Flightgear FAA certified? (If it is, cool - I had no idea. But I doubt it.)

Must have gotten confused. At least it IS mentioned in Portal 2, by Clive. Could have been further off!
You've got a strange definition of malware/spyware.
I'm guessing you didn't watch the whole thing? Go back and do so.
OK, smartass. Go download the original and post your results tomorrow. We'll be waiting.
Eh? This was in dialog, in the middle somewhere. Not in the credits.
It works fine, if you have Steam installed and didn't prevent it from registering itself as a URL handler for that protocol.
7.2gb installed.
Did they perhaps recompress the 7z archive to shave off that ~ 800mb then?
It's not shit other people came up with.
It's a quote right out of Portal 2.
I was thinking more along the lines of an abusive relationship, myself. Since I have to go explaining it now :P
eg Gordon brains Chelle with the crowbar.
Hmm. A quiet internalizer who solves problems with a crowbar, and a mute with a minor case of serious brain damage?
I'm sensing a substory here...
Next up? Can we get Blue Shift? Opposing Force? :D
This is going to make me go install those again, I guarantee it.
You might have a point if Girl with a Pearl Earring was a cave drawing.
We have that. It's called TF2, and it's even free!
You can't quantify "usable" period. You can't assign a number to it.
You can qualify it, but that's not what was done in your snarky comment.
I think you'd also be well served with an HF radio. Yaesu makes some good gear. (Vertex Standard when outside of the Amateur Radio scene)
You realize all of those weapons are ARs?

Not to mention it might be fun to use them :D
