    Radio waves are too long and "fat" in frequency (radio = low end of light thinger). Then micro waves, then IR, then good ol' ROYGBIV, then UV (which can be harmful due to its higher frequency), X-ray (small enough to get through most cells in your body, ohnoes), and gamma rays, which are so high in frequency that it is considered deadly radiation. Gamma rays can get through even the densest materials in our bodys.

    On the other hand, Spongebob might need to start worrying about radio waves with those big spongey holes and all. ;)

    Don't quote me on this (seriously, because if you do, I will cut you), but I thought Microsoft was migrating to XML usage for a lot of their proprietary formats finally. I think it's a good idea, but then again, what if they patent their XML formats?

    Yeah, just letting you know that XML is actually going somewhere.

    With Doom 3 coming out in, oh, 2 days, maybe I'll be able to run it on 640x480 (with an nVidia GeForce 6800 Ultra) with all settings on low, but it's definitely a big maybe. Anyone got some deals on 2 GB packs of Corsair DDR400 RAM? Or perhaps my own personal Japanese guy to tweak my computer to run Doom 3 a little higher?

    Now that broadband is a cheap commodity and it isn't hard to get a high-end PC that can run pretty much any game as of now, Internet Cafes are becoming more and more useless. Sure, they are sometimes helpful when you're on the go, but that is also solved by notebooks, PDAs, and cell phones.

    Who remembers the good ol' days hanging out at Internet Cafes, playing LAN games with friends, browsing with "super-fast" internet speeds, and just overall hanging out at those places? It was great!

    They might've found one way to prevent the auto-download, but there are still plenty of ways to force a download using ActiveX. Even with that, there are still a few ways to run them too; methods that are still unknown to most assholes trying to get you to buy their pills that give you bigger penis-breasts-ego-wallet-spyware-car-wife-mom-WMDs .

    By simply not signing up for every random site you see and possibly using sites like DodgeIt to prevent your normal email from being spammed, you have a high chance of staying clean. Besides, many spam filters are getting good at keeping your inbox clean; I particularly like the one on Thunderbird.

    That CD protection software doesn't sound like malware, but more like a step behind in programming by using proprietary software. Hopefully one day we can rid ourselves of proprietary things and get to using standards. I bet those CD decryptor programs are Windows-only also. Blargh...
