Although I share your contempt for the chip manufacturers, I really don't think that's the way things work. Why sell something advanced that's been underclocked when you can also sell something cheaper? Also, why sell something that's in the same league as the competition's product, when you have something far better in stock that outperforms it by leaps and bounds?

However, she refused to come earlier if she had to discuss with policians from any opposing parties, creating a single-sided debate. About twenty people went there to demonstrate outside with signs and percussive instruments.
When my government deports immigrants that will most likely face physical punishment for horrible crimes such as being gay or having a different religion, I WILL protest. Good day.
