No. If you order Bratwurst for two in English it's "bratwursts", not Bratwürste. If you are going to more than one party in Germany it's "Partys", not parties. When using neologisms in a language that language's rules are applied.
Actually, it depends. For example, for words borrowed from Latin, the Latin plurals are often used--note indices/indexes and foci/focuses.
1) Green Day, last I checked, writes their own lyrics.
2) His comment seemed a lot less flamebaitish than yours.
3) Oh, I can't think of anything else.
Holy overblown and incorrect extrapolation, Batman! I didn't mention those because the SBV were a closer parallel to this situation(people claiming someone inflicted wounds on themself)...why am I explaining myself to an AC again?
They take a bold stance against war. They're possibly sacrificing their artistic popularity and credibility to make a point. You had better shape up and learn to appreciate them right fucking now.
You're right, except for the bold. Green Day's popularity was very low before the release of American Idiot because of Warning. In the way of popularity, they didn't have much to lose. And my experiences with haters of the band on IRC have shown me that you won't be convincing them. It gets pointless to try, just let their stupid posts get moderated down to -1 and let it go.
I'm pretty far to the left, and I'm going to say this about Chernobyl: The Soviets caused it. As in, the chances of it happening again are very low.
The reasons nukes aren't done much in the US aren't environmental. They're all economic.
How do we know that you aren't part of a plot by the Chinese government to make it look like the US government's attempting to negate slashdot's coverage of the Chinese freedom-of-speech issues?
It's the same thing in Latin, so it doesn't matter. (Latin doesn't have articles)
from the everybody-everybody dept.
...That would make an awesome April Fools story.
Actually, the Latin for "Bush" is "Frutex". It's also a derogatory term, roughly meaning "blockhead" or "nitwit". Fitting, isn't it?
This just confirms what many of us have known all along...Americans have a higher concentration of idiots than anywhere else.
Interesting, most accounts of Japan show most Japanese as being America-obsessed--I think I'll trust the guy who puts his identity up.

Your memory must be pretty bad then, because if I recall correctly, they were the smearers...

It was a cat5 out on the gulf, and the storm surge and such, which caused the real damage, were consistent with a cat5.
Look at your sibling post. Opera's 88. ;)
Not all of us have that translator, you insensitive clod!
I was just continuing the joke. If somebody gets this far they should hopefully have figured this out.
Sorry, evolution will be banned in America, we'd have to be "Intelligently Redesigned".

No, I think the codebases are audited against puerile(from the Latin puer, pueri, m, meaning boy) farty-pants.
Translated: "Yes, because Gentoo is the new elite distro. Slachere"
Not all Linuces are descended from those two. Gentoo, for example. But you're right in that many of them are.
No, if it was a baleeted memo, it would be "Dear Bill Gates, How do you type with boxing gloves on?"
