    No, left-handed people are born left-handed. Sometimes people attempt to train their left-handed children to become right-handed which basically just makes everything worse.

    True on both counts, but neither count is relevant to the way Irish people are viewed(although it matters a lot less now than when they were first coming here) both by themselves and others. Discrimination against the Irish and against Mexicans is pretty similar in form.

    My school did something similar a few years ago too. They locked down Windows Explorer and deleted everything from the Start Menu by using some Novell launcher. There was an easy way around it though. Open Notepad and use the file selector to find the program you want, then right click and say "Open" instead of "Select". But when the school system upgraded to XP they also locked down that, making it next to impossible to even fracking save.

    Irish is also an ethnic group. Ethnicity is closely tied into race.

    Well, one of those is 100% effective and the other is not... And I think you know which is which.
    Teaching abstinence is only effective in doing one thing: increasing the spread of AIDS. People who believe in 'abstinence' get more STDs compared to those taught about 'safe sex'.

    Are they from the same people? Personally I only get mad for contradictoriality if it's from the same person. Like with Foley, who was one of the accusers during Clinton's impeachment but then turned around and had sex with a 16-year-old boy.

    Good lord, I thought the Gentoo Handbook was bad. If a distro isn't meant for experienced users then it shouldn't require this crap.

    If you do need bleeding-edge, use Gentoo and not Fedora. Compilation isn't that much of a problem unless you're still using a 486.

    OS X has a tiny amount of BSD utilities smashed between Aqua and Mach. If OS X is BSD then just about every other operating system could be considered BSD as well.
