what would rock is if I could buy GB games and put them on a blank DS cart so I could take them with me. there are a lot of GB games that I don't have that are just hard to find. FFA 1,2,3 come to mind. And I already have 6 devices that can play GB games, what is one more. (GB, GBp, GBl, GBC, GBA, GBAsp)
Word, this one reason(besides my inate nintendo fanboyism) I am very excited about the revolution. I'll get to clear up the clutter around my tv. The only one of those systems I don't have is a PC-engine, and I used to have one of those.
if you take a NES and hook it up to your tv, via RF or RCA cables, you can actually play NES games on your TV. The best part is, it has native support for NES controllers, and the sound works too. Imagine that. It even runs in 244i.:P
uhh...no. You pay real money for "points" that you then use to purchase downloads, not all downloads cost money. But they certianly aren't all free.
IMO, the use of points to aquire downloadables is a great marketing move on MS's part, people don't think of them as money, and are more willing to part with them.
Modern dev kits are NOT 2k - 4k(execpting the revolution at 2k) the PS2 dev kit costs 20K, a xbox(not 360) dev kit costs 10k, a psp dev kit runs 25k as does a GCN kit.
I'm not sure what you mean by "suburban lifestyles" as a contributor to anything other than cultural pollution.
I'm sure he means that all those people who live in the burbs are spread out and thus require oil burning autos to get anywhere, whereas in a dense city it is much easier to have a decent public transit system. Tokyo vs Aurora, IL for example
How arrogant, to think that 'democracy' and 'capitalism' (american style of course) once adopted by those savage backward countries, will lead to peace on earth. Also it is the height of huburis to think that these are the values and systems that are intrinsically better than all others that have ever been or ever will be.

there is a certian 'je ne sais quoi' that B/W has. And IMO you lose that if you take a color picture and make it b/w. Just isn't the same.

No GB support on the rev. That would encroach on the untouchable GB line.

There are alot more than 10 single player FF titles, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,10-2,FFT,FFTA, FFA 1,2,3 FFMQ. And that is just off the top of my head.
I hope you people are willing to exercise your 2nd amendment rights in order to protect the 1st. But for some reason, I doubt it.
