That was one of the big pulls getting people to the polls. Stop the fags from getting married... It's quite remarkable, actually, when you think about it. So many millions of people "brainwashed" into believing that homosexual marriage is more dangerous for the country than having a man like Bush in control of the armed forces. All in the name of a religion, Christianity, started by a man who literally preached tolerance and compassion even for those considered to be despicable sinners.

It doesn't matter that he's lied. It doesn't matter that the VP's former company is given illegal no-bid contracts. It doesn't matter that the new AG is a supports the use of torture. There is nothing they can do that is evil enough to make the religious right turn away.

Bullshit on all counts. Apple is far slower to release fixes for THE SAME SOFTWARE as Linux distros and the BSDs are. I'm talking Samba, OpenSSH, etc. Stability is a matter of decent hardware for all OSes in question here, but Apple's desktop is much newer and arguably less stable at this point.

And lastly, OpenBSD is arguably the most secure operating system for personal computers that exists and is in common usage today. The others don't hold a candle to it. 1 remote hole in 6 years, OS X isn't even that old and already boasts more than 1 remote exploit in that time.

The death of the album may be real, but only for pop chart targeted music. The fact is, most artists making the pop charts suck and do nothing but regurgitate the same old crap, and have a "hit" when they get the "formula" right.

What I'm talking about is the "music" that can be tested with that silly audio analysis program Slashdot had a story about several weeks ago.

But is the album dead? Of course not. To most artists, a single track by itself is only part of a whole, not a standalone work of art.

There's plenty of good music out there, you just have to look for it. Don't let them shove the top 40 down your throats.

On OS X, fonts often appear much thicker and often very blurry, and while looking pretty are harder to read. On 'doze, well... Frankly, font rendering in Windows still looks like shit.

Mac OS X does have some major advantages with regard to fonts though, as pointed out in a few other posts.
