WOW, I never thought that the sequel would be released. I heard a number of years ago that one was going to be made. I believe the title was "SpaceBalls 3: The search for SpaceBalls 2"
Now we only have to wait for "The history of the world Part 2"
A possible solution for this would be to use some sort of benchmarking tool to score the PC. That way no matter what specific hardware config you actually have, There would be a way to score it.
This actually isn't anything new. I live in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. We've had free wireless access throughout the city for a couple of months now.

I was working on a PC in class once. We thought that the CPU fan was not working, so I went to move the IDE cables out of the way, and grazed the video card. POOF up comes a cloud of smoke.
The worst part was I didn't even feel a shock.....Ummm I suppose that's probably the best part.
