Is this at all dangerous? Any modification like this is bound to cause signal feedback. Seems like it might work for receiving but I would hesitate to use it to xmit.
I really don't know how Nextel's direct talk works, but I am sure its uses a repeater type mechanism. Trust me if that tornado were in area Nextel's direct talk service will be fubar.

I support any book out there which entices people to use broadband. That is just that many more access points I will be able to leech off of.
