The differences are not as wide or as deep as you would think. Your example of being visible to kids at an early age is simply wrong. Kids are terrible at identifying gender. They look at the most obvious and superficial characteristics. Put a man in a dress and you can confuse kids. Get that hairy chick to stop waxing her upper lip. Heck, just have a guy grow his hair out, and a lot of kids will get confused.

Even adults have a hard time telling the difference. Find out if YOU can tell the difference as easily as you think you can. http://www2.b3ta.com/femaleorshemale/

We also don't need more women in programming. We just need people like you to stop suggesting that we hire based on gender.

I was just looking at phones yesterday to upgrade my son's phone. The Galaxy S II is $550, and you can get a perfectly fine Android phone for $250 without a contract. Par of the high price of Android phones is that everyone want the latest and greatest phone, which will be noticeably more expense than many of the phones that are perfectly fine. Everyone wants to be an early adopter, and they don't realize it.

That is overly simplistic. "Native Americans" are a lot of people. No doubt being people means that they had a lot of different views on the people showing up on their borders. Irrelevant of who were the "good guys" and who were the "bad guys", there were clearly many Indians that were not only very unhappy with the presence of Europeans, but were willing to both kill and die to protect their borders.

Make a standard power connector embedded in a hitch. Anything under ~100 miles, and you can run on the batteries in the main car. If your going to drive more than 100 miles, you plug in the small trailer and go. The trailer could be an extra battery pack, a gasoline generator, a natural gas generator, or other device capable of delivering electric power to the main vehicle.
