The actual reality behind the dangers present in the current it infrastructure has very little to do with this group's function in writing this report, which was essentially to frame up another scare document proping up our "War President" and his administration's "message" of terrorists being everywhere, waiting to strike, to deprive of us of our blessed Freedom and Liberty (because they hate it) and murder all our women and children etc etc
I'm just a Java programmer, but --- well, reading an "image" is just piping an input stream into a decoder object that would return a graphic object.
Nowhere in this process could I imagine anything that would necessitate executing any data that might be an instruction.
Read byte x, that is the red value for a specific pixel.. (I understand Jpeg is more complicated than this).. How could that "x" be a "format c:" DOS command?

The definition of murder I have seen is "with malice and intent" whereas manslaughter is when you kill someone doing something like watching your DVD player while you drive down the street.
