The only meaningful measure of the health of an economy is median annual wage, adjusted for inflation.

Afterword, a panel of experts reviews the recordings of the conversation and tries to determine which was the human and which was the machine. This repeats many (dozens? hundreds?) of times. If a statistically significant number of judges guess right, then the machine has failed the test. Otherwise, the test must have been too easy.
I've lived in the U.S. and in a country with socialized medicine. The U.S. version is a pathetic joke by comparison. Of course, U.S. medicine is advanced, but only the rich can afford it. For everybody else, tough luck.
