eTomi Pro does a similar thing. They say the software is free, but you have to pay to download it. It's like limewire, with a few UI tweaks (the sources for those changes weren't made available)

I honestly wish Apple would put out something like this. It would have the popularity of the iPod, as well as the usual power and sophistication you'd expect from a Mac.
If anyone could shake up the tablet market, Apple could.
Why not throw lots of money trying to get into another market? It worked with the xbox. Maybe they'll have to get someone to make the best damn show ever exclusively for their... IPTV network..

I agree completely with you. I've played FPS games since ROTT, and I find Halo to be a really fun game, especially with a few friends. It's almost good enough for me to buy an xbox to play it.
Some here have implied that it doesn't hold a match to the UT series, but I have to disagree. UT just doesn't cut it, and if you want to talk about new games feeling like mods on the old ones, we have UT2K3 and 4 to look at..
It looks they are patents that haven't been litigated yet. I RTFA, I read the report. I have yet to see which patents they're referring to. Seems like a bunch of crap to me.
But wouldn't it be best for Stallman to lend a hand in finishing the GNU OS, instead of trying to shave a few seconds off of the time it takes to boot the damn thing up?
All crimes are "alleged" until you're found guilty in court.
This is not always true. In my hometown, a young man was charged with 'conspiracy to commit a criminal act' (he threatened to shoot up the school.)
Through the whole ordeal, it was never an 'alleged' conspiracy, it was as if he was guilty until proven innocent.

My eyes don't like to look at the same thing at once, which is how depth is perceived. Is this another nifty 3D product that I won't be able to use?

As long as someone rids the world of thermal paste, I will be happy. There has never been a more annoying substance that that crap.
In all honesty, it seems that only nerds use the ogg vorbis codec, despite it being technically superior.
You can search on a P2P network, and rarely see OGG files. It's sad, but true.
