I also never played the Dreamcast game, and actually never owned Jet Set Radio Future either. I ended up renting it and beating it during a 5-day rental when it first came out. Regardless, I loved the game and songs from that soundtrack get stuck in my head to this day.
Indeed it is Will, and indeed the author has no idea what hes talking about. This is one out of a million crybaby complaints that appear (and are rightfully ignored) daily on the WoW message boards, only this one happened to be by someone at gamepro.
I played to 60 in beta and 60 again in retail, running instances and playing the the battlegrounds as often as possible. In 40+ gamedays played, I've yet to encounter anything more than a minor annoyance when it comes to game design issues.
No longer have a VCR or tapes. I have dvd's cause its the best we've got, and an xbox with the proper hd cables. I dont see why I would take a step back.
They claim HD costs the developer more but with Microsoft and Sony already requiring that EVERY game on their platforms be in HD, it costs pretty much nothing for a cross-platform 3rd party game. So I suppose this means its only cheaper for Nintendo exclusive titles, which again is an example of Nintento's 1st party focus.
It seemed like blu-ray was doing so well, and that maybe the winner would be clear cut and consumers wouldnt have to put up with this 2-format crap. Damn you competition, damn you!

I have an HD tv. I am no longer interested in the revolution.
Theres no such thing as a web app designed for firefox. Anything designed for firefox is cross-browser compatable.
Almost seems like the sensible thing to do doesn't it?

Well, the media has to come way down and the speed has to go way up. Whats max speed for dual layer drives these days, 2.4?
Forever maybe? I dont think drives can spin much faster before breaking themselves.
