    You seem to be the ignorant one. Far right-wingers will claim the other side are all fairies who only eat honey, if it gets them the Vote. Truth has nothing to do with what one side claims the other side is. Who knows what they really believe?

    It is like saying I don't agree with the death penalty, they should just stop all bad people from doing bad stuff.

    It is like you have some childs-like understanding of how things actually work.

    They are not removing Jefferson from history, they are just focusing on other more important areas. It is not easy choosing what to include and what to leave out in a curriculum.

    Now, obviously they are doing this for their own stupid religious reasons, and they should be stopped. But you ignorant comments aren't helping any.

    You shouldn't be rooting for Nokia, they fucked up, and if it was up to them we would still be stuck in the dark ages of smartphones.

    They focus too much on the hardware, which most poeple do not care about, and had absolute shit software.

    It took a computer company to come along and revolutionise the industry... what a joke.

    I put them in the same basket as Palm, they lost the plot along the way, went from greatnest to mediocre.

    Now, Nokia have done amazing things, and invented some great technology. They are, however, in a bind, because they already license this tech to other firms, and want to change the terms they license it to Apple. This is unfair, and why they don't have such a big case. There are laws against it.

    Nokia have been a dominant bully for a longtime, and help back advances in phones.

    This is wrong. Nokia wanted to charge more that they charge there other clients, this is where the problems arised as far as Apple is concerned.

    Nokia believes they are allowed to charge more to Apple than others, Apple does not believe that is so.

    Apple would be more than happy for cross-licensing.

    You comment is so wrong that it actually detracts from the argument, I would be embarrased to write such trash.

    all of Best Buy, eBay, and buyer are accessories to a felony.

    This is the problem. If Best Buy, or ebay only sold items to money launderers, then they would have a case to answer for.

    If you are cashing checks all the time, for 100s of people, and a couple end up dodgy, then they have no case. If all the checks you cash for other people are dodgy, then you are doing something wrong.

    Can you not see that?

    To me, this seems very fishy.

    Why don't I just cash the check myself? Why don't I get a family member of friend to do it?

    I think this falls under the view that all reasonable people would suspect there is something wrong with that. Getting $100s or $1000s to do something as trivial as cashing a check.

    We all know how many millions that translates too, especially when you don't even have the product for sale yet. And Apple really needed this, everybody seems to have lost interest in the iPhone, except for, you know, the last quarter where they sold a record number.

    I don't disagree with you, but sponsoring a bunch of people in research design a project, and letting a bunch of bozzos in the government oversee it are two very different things.

    The government is a huge set of different people, with different priorities. And to be honest, the technical problems are a lot easier to solve than sorting out this mess.
