    This is so true.

    The effect is clearly visible in the laste decade, where we all know global warming has stopped. This is, of course, the result of the increase in pirates over the last decade: both the real kind off the shores of the Horn of Africa and the phantasy ones personified by the always very cool Johnny Depp.

    Well, it's a difficult choise no? - either you have a Chinese buyer for your car production plant that is being closed by an American company, saving 5000 jobs (mind you, that is 0.2 % of your total regional working population) - or you support a some chinese guy only 5% of your general polulation has even heared about.

    That's why there are things like double blind order entry systems. The same data is entered into a system by 2 persons. If there are inconsistencies between the first and the second, the data is discarded, and the whole process has to start again.

    There is no notion of fair or unfair in geopolitics of nation states. You make a common mistake projecting human values on nation states. In a neo-realist view of geopolitics, a nation state could not care less about other nations states, unless it has something to win.

    Well, I just saw HL2 listed in something that is called a "Sinterklaasboekske" in Flemish (it's an advertisement magazine send out by toystores to advertise their toys for Saint-Nicholas day). You could compare Saint-Nicholas to Santa Claus. So i guess the guys in red have a special deal with Valve.
