In a neo-realist view of geopolitics, a nation state could not care less about other nations states, unless it has something to win.
Well, I just saw HL2 listed in something that is called a "Sinterklaasboekske" in Flemish (it's an advertisement magazine send out by toystores to advertise their toys for Saint-Nicholas day). You could compare Saint-Nicholas to Santa Claus.
So i guess the guys in red have a special deal with Valve.
