Yeah, but trains can ship the warheads in heavily padded and armored cases. Nuclear detonation of a nuke is not a problem in any case. The problem is WHEN there is a plane/train/truck crash, does the high explosive go off and spread contamination everywhere. Only with a train, and maybe a truck, could you really have the protection needed (and lower speed of accident) to prevent a non-nuclear boom in the event an accident.
Take some time to reflect on the managers you've had experience with.
List the good and bad traits they had.
Think about the hard decisions they made well and the ones they made poorly.
Then see how you think your style of management can benefit from those lessons.
(This assumes you have already thought about your style of management, otherwise that is step one.)
The United States is a Fereral Republic, that's what allowed our country to become great so quickly. States controlled their own destiny except for a few Federal questions, and if someone was unhappy with the law in their state, they could easily move to another.
The Federal government has taken too much power under the auspices of the Interstate Commerce Clause, and now people expect the Federal Government to solve their problems.
The whole point of this systems was your STATE representatives were elected to represent you directly. The Federal government was merely there for common defense and arbitration of disputes, setting a common baseline for all of the states.

No more political ads on TV or the Radio! No more taped phone calls! No more litigation to win the presidency?
