I have my pic on the front of my debit card and every single person who sees the card looks at me and compares it to the pic (also my signature is digitally imprinted on the front next to my pic) It may just be the novelty but I think people naturally react to a picture by comparing it to the real person.
perhaps a bad comparison but there is something to be ashamed of when we can find money for certain things...but not others..
"The U.S. contributes the least foreign aid of any of the 22 nations tracked by Oxfam. Its budget is about 0.14 percent of gross domestic product, followed by Italy at 0.17 percent and Japan and Austria at 0.20 percent.
France is the most generous donor in the G-8, contributing 0.42 percent of national income, followed by Britain at 0.34 percent, Germany at 0.28 percent and Canada at 0.26 percent. France has said it will meet the 0.7 percent goal by 2012 and the U.K. by 2013."
from different article..
"Measured another way, as a percentage of gross national product, the OECD's figures on development aid show that as of April, none of the world's richest countries donated even 1 percent of its gross national product. Norway was highest, at 0.92 percent; the United States was last, at 0.14 percent."
There is a big difference between being a contractor and doing the "contract to fulltime." Contract to fulltime is just a way to shift budget money around until they have an FTE position approved - which mean you work the same hours and get *maybe* slightly more than you would salaried for benefits. Its often for a short period of time 3-6mo for example and if the budget dosent come through...bubye. And being a contractor isn't exactly glamourous either - if you do have these miraculous 3 days weeks its because you are on a plane the other 2 going back home to see your family for the weekend...not to mention depending on your costs for health insurance etc the pay isnt exactly grandious either.
*cough*;)
Dear Senator,
I write to you today in opposition to H.R.2391 which seeks to lump several controversial copyright bills into one for swift passage through the lame-duck session of congress. Copyright law exists to protect the interests of the citizens, not just those of corporations. This bill harms the "fair use" rights of citizens and puts too much power in the hands of the "entertainment" industry, among others. These bills deserve at least the chance to face fair and open hearings and to be debated carefully. Please vote against this bill.
It's not nationwide. There are definitely areas where the job market is considerably better and there seems to be pockets where certain types of jobs are more plentiful. I recently moved from the PNW to Chicago for this very reason.
Its a liberal political/activism (not in the hacktivism type sense) that seems to be targeted for takedown by the current administration. Thats why. Try not to piss off the man.

It is not a VNC exploit - it exploits some vulnerability on the system and then has VNC as its payload. So once you have exploited the hole you have a nice VNC session for your personal use.
From what the authors said this is not supposed to be an 0day exploit tool. They are just trying to write a good exploit framework for pentesters that does not cost and arm and a leg. As far as sasser it is one of the exploits that was present in the version I saw
