    And that is the main reason the USA voting system does not work.

    Defining your self 'Conservative' is even more idiotic. So every time a new idea comes up, you are against it, because you are 'conservative'? Har har ...

    I for my part want to be put into the box called 'rational' as I feel equally insulted regardless in what other box you put me.

    Actually caffeine addiction exists, but it is quite rare.

    I for my part used to drink "out of habit" about 6 coffee a day.

    But since 4 or 5 years I stopped (without any special afford).

    I still drink green tee, though. About a can a day when I work ... none at all when I'm not working.

    Hm, perhaps the majourity is vegetarian because of killing.

    OTOH most Buddhists are against killing in general (e.g. they stop the car when a snake is crossing the road) but still eat fish and meat and sea food.

    Going to a gym to lose weight does not work most of the time anyway.
    Rather do some martial arts, like BJJ, Aikido, Karate or chineese stuff.
    But I gather that Dojos are super expensive in the US, so a gym might be cheaper.

    If you want to know which plants produce "How about taurine, creatine, heme iron, docosahexaenoic acid, cholecalciferol, carnosine and cobalamin, just to name a few things ?" google for it?
    And creatine btw. is produced by your body ... iron is in most plants, wow that was easy. The rest I don't know and don't care for: as I'm a meat/fish eater.

    Point is: you don't need meat. Probably a billion of people live without it (many hindu and buddhists are vegetarians)

    and necessary for a well-balanced diet.
    No it is not. You only need to get the amino acids your body can not not produce from "somewhere"
    It does not matter if that somewhere is a plant or meat. And yes: there are enough plants that produce/contain those proteins.

    I don't even eat Surimi.

    I'm not sure if I would test fake meat out of curiosity :D but obviously I should.

    Regarding the article, I doubt many vegan/vegetarian would switch to fake meat. The fact that _some_ of them don't like the killing of animals has bottom line not much to do with the diet choice.

    Much to many, considering that I get contact suggestions that only can come from the fact that the other person imported my eMail address somehow into their linked.in account.
    Or how else should linked-in suggest one who I only know because I was sailing with him a year ago?

    Dude, look at the map.
    Draw a vertical line in the middle (actually from longitude 0 towards longitude 180)
    Left side is west, right side is east.

    Argue as long as you want. That is how people navigating there are using the map.

    West Anarctica is the north west peninsula ... you must have problems with your eyes.

    No idea hat you mean with hate, the only thing I hate is stupidity :D especially regarding stuff that could save your life if you get over your stupidity.

    Again: if you crash there in a helicopter around the south pole and think you walk away with your radio. You seem to be unable to give a direction as everything is north for you?

    And you fail at nitpicking: Everything not in the center is in the South. You meant North here.
    And if you would look on a map of Antarctica, you would easy understand which part is east and wich part is west. Facepalm.

    There is even a part of Antarctica that is explicitly named west antarctica: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...

    I hope you never get lost there or have at least correct longitude/latitude information in case you insist that you are "just north" of the south pole ... moron.

    If a bunch of superheated steam and molten rock can squirt it's way up all the way from the mantle it's not the last km of ice (which is much easier to melt than rock) that will stop it.
    But the last few km of ice might have enough weight to change the way how the magma is coming up.

    I really wonder why /. readers always think scientists are idiots and miss the obvious. Facepalm.
