    Quartz combed through Negri’s LCA database and came up with a list of the average salaries for H-1B holders at a number of tech companies. Topping the list was Netflix, where the average H-1B holder could expect to earn $214,693 in 2014, followed by Box ($143,318), Etsy ($135,595), Twitter ($134,221), and Airbnb ($134,039).

    These visas are at the center of a fierce debate in Congress over whether they complement American workers or displace them.

    If the debate is in congress then it won't end well if history is any indicator.

    If it's spoofing a cell tower the way the Stingray does then it's getting every phone attached to the spoofed tower, it is "scooping" it all up.
    Especially in a case like Ferguson or Baltimore, you would want to scoop it all up.

    In active mode, the StingRay will force each compatible cellular device in a given area to disconnect from its service provider cell site (i.e., operated by Verizon, AT&T, etc.) and establish a new connection with the StingRay.[12]

    How is it around?

    The existing vaccine does not protect against infection, but against the effects of the toxin that the bacterium produces.

    Appears people get infected, but do not suffer if they have been vaccinated, so the bacterium continues to exist and infect humans, and possibly other vectors as well.

    Monitoring Ferguson, Baltimore, chasing after certain individuals you can Google this too, someone even has their flight paths up showing where they were circling.
    In addition they scoop up all cell phone data in the area as well as video below, so if you're in the area you get recorded and videoed.
