I lived in North Pole, AK for the past 18 years and I have burned wood every year. The pollutants caused by burning wood is far less than that of the pollutants caused by refining oil into the precious fuel they want us to burn which adds even more pollutants into the air. They only measure the part we burn, not the part they burn.
The EPA fails to take into account the amount of energy lost in the creation of the fuel source. If you take into consideration the growth of the tree, which creates oxygen, then wood is the ultimate "GREEN" energy source as it is both renewable and abundant. It requires no refining to grow, no refining to cut down, and no refining to haul into the house, unless you use optional power tools.
And besides, we Alaskans should be used to burning wood, we get forest fires in the summer, and wood stove fires in the winter. With EPA's new self made law, then forest fires are now illegal. Yet the EPA also requires that forest fires which do not endanger property or life must be allowed to burn.
The EPA needs to go away. They haven't done the job they were created to do since the 70's.

I wonder what the outcome would be if you made a video showing the quakes in chronological order. Would a pattern emerge? What if you compared that data to historical data of solar cycles?
Like the video a guy made of all the nuclear bombs that have been tested/deployed. Or the recording of aircraft across the globe. Patterns are there.

We do this every year at our New Years Eve All Nighter. Last year I set up 25 computers, 12 on 12 with one server, and we played Unreal Tourney.
Every kid there, whether they came for the game or not, eventually played for a while, and loved it! The server was set up with a projector so people could watch out there and there was no shoulder surfing. One team captain had voice to his team, as well as teamspeak to the other captain as well as the server operator! It rocked!
It really doesn't matter what you use to "witness" to someone. What matters is the follow up. If no one walked away with a better sense of how God loves them, then it was a waste of time. By using video games to witness, you are telling them that God cares about them, and that the church isn't all about hymns only and singing scripture! It is about personal relationships. I wouldn't expect anyone to respond to me if I tell them that what they do doesn't matter.

The single most repetative complaint is that the computers are slower now!
We modified the SDC to stand for "Slow Damn Computer." I say it's EO for computers--every computer runs equally slow.
They say it is for security, but actually, it consolidates the problems. You comprimise one, you comprimise all of them. And there is a major issue with SDC and SMS, as patches have not been pushed as of late. Also, SAV is out of date, and the only way to fix it is to uninstall, then reinstall.
As a result, the format process has gone from a simple ghost image with a 20 min lan load, to a 2 hour SDC load and 30 minutes of manual system patching! It's all good tho, I'm union, and get paid by the hour!
All the money used to pay labor to recreate the files comes right out of our PFD fund, which means we'll get paid less for some id10T who can't tell what hard drive he's working on.
Any of you IT admin work on more than one HD at a time? How many times have you pooched the wrong drive?
There are many up here in Alaska who believe this was intentional, as the PFD has been under attack for years by those working in the government who want to keep the money and use it for stupid things like installing round-a-bouts. The one at the University sucks! And people have voiced their concern, yet the gov says they will install more!
The money comes from the oil revenues generated, which is supposed to be divided up among the residents of Alaska. Ours last year was about $1200, and it was supposed to go up this year. Hopefully this years has already been calculated and locked in.
But if next year the amount is lower because of this goof, I can tell you that someone in Alaska will put a death threat on this poor saps tail. You don't mess with a sourdough's pfd!

I work for the USAF as a contractor. All the sites listed above are not blocked solely to those serving in Iraq, or just the Marines.
They are blocked by the Air Force with the same reasons listed. I just tested them all.
It's not just the fact that some two star wants/doesn't want his/her troops going to political sites that are against his/her party, it's the simple fact that the sites that ARE allowed simply haven't been blocked because people haven't been swarming to those sites.
From what I have noticed, being a Work Group Manager (PC Admin for the AF), the more a site get's visited, the higher it stands a chance to be blocked, unless the site is required in order to complete the mission.
In other words. The sites that are blocked are so because the higher ups don't want people chatting up forums when they should be supporting the mission. (hmm, speaking of chatting, I think I hear the blocking police calling me!)
Remember, not everything has a political agenda. On the other hand, not everything isn't. But we tend to fall towards blaming politics. And as much as I hate politics, it's not always to blame.
