    That doesn't change the fact that Apple doesn't allow you the freedom to change your hardware as you see fit, while still claiming to be higher quality.

    What's so new about that? Apple has been saying doing just that for quite some time with their hardware lock-in. Only recently has it started to slip.

    You mean 1% of all film/music owners break into the RIAA/MIAA's warehouse and steal the master copy of a work thus allowing it to never be made again unless it's returned? That's an awful lot of stealin' going on.

    I was impressed yesterday when I saw the demo for Lost Planet was somewhere around 350mb. Even more so impressed when I saw that the multiplayer version was only 160mb.

    Apparently not seeing that his games are all still played today. Look at Zelda: TP. Get the mastersword, defeat 8 dungeons, kill Ganandorf, save Zelda and the world. Where have we seen this before?

    Actually, they don't make it sound like Azereus made BitTorrent. Notice they say "for developing a BitTorrent client", not "for developing the BitTorrent client." The latter case does imply that Azereus made it.
