    Still, I recognize that purchasing from amazon/bn/whoever is jus supporting the business model of DRM, even if I strip out the DRM later Would be nice to get somebody who didn't use platform lockin techniques, but that's probably unlikely in the near term

    The publisher Baen (mostly sci fi and fantasy) has many (most? All?) of their titles available without drm. O'Reilly also sells their books without drm. It is not a hardship to either support ebook publishers for good behaviour or stick to dead tree.

    My wife absolutely believed the My Little Pony d20 story when I read her the article. She was very disappointed when she learned the truth.

    My wife was very excited as I read this article to her. She thinks it would be great fun to play with the children she babysits, or our own children once we have them. She also thinks Care Bears et cetera would be good additions to the d20 universe. She was quite disappointed when I told her that it was an April fool's joke.

    Fallout was one of the best RPGs ever, IMHO. It was massively non-linear, and Fallout 2 was even more so.

    The Wehrwölfe of Germany caused many of the same problems in post WWII Germany as Muqtada Al Sadr's militia and other "insurgents" are now causing in Iraq.
