Good job checking your facts CNN. They obviously spoke with several astronomy experts before publishing this article.
"New exoplanet 20 times Earth's size"
And here's a little taste of the win and awesomeness contained within:
"PHOENIX, Arizona (AP) -- Scientists have discovered the universe's largest known planet, a giant ball made of mostly hydrogen that is 20 times larger than Earth and circling a star 1,400 light-years away."

Why, so the holes in the code can be found and exploited indefinately? Closed source is proven to be far more secure in the real world than source that has been picked through by numerous people. If they were truely worried about the security of the code, they should keep it behind lock and key.
They have perfected tabbed browsing beyond that of Firefox's wildest dreams.
Thier RSS implementation is perfect. You can add an RSS feed with the same button as the one in Firefox; furthermore, subsequent RSS reading is much easier than in the buggy, insecure opensource browser.
Finally, Microsoft seems to have moved forward in leaps and bounds in their standards compliance. Internet Explorer 7 renders pages that were once buggy in beautiful color using standards compliant html and css. This is by far the best browser I have ever used.
First off, I think this a horrible decision. Soon enough, telecom vs cable wont mean anything at all. Everything will be IP anyway.
So my question is...
What is to keep the Bells from claiming the same status? Could they do so based on the fact that they offer DSL? Would they need to also offer TV over IP? This could be bad for smaller phone companies as well as smaller ISPs if this is the case.
yes, i used an e-word to make it fit on the subject line. i feel dirty.
but really, do they actually think their case will hold up in court? this patent is so ridiculous and broad it will be thrown out in a heartbeat.
I'm sure they're going to bother tracking you down to fine you for not posting your email.
It would be just as easy for them to track you down and fine you for sharing the files in the first place.

Time could be helpful...
"I'd venture that most IT professionals alwasy wanted to be a cop, so there you go. Be a cop." sorry, no.
past 60, you cease to be human and begin to be a nuisance.
but seriously, i dont see facial recognition being accurate enough for wide scale implementation any time soon.
