Oh, really? And I had heard that the new version of Windows is going to have "Joseph and the Technicolor Screen of Death" preinstalled. Too bad.

Theirs and Linux's. If nobody uses an operating system, there will be no incentive for software producers and such to market to it. Likewise, if everybody uses an operating system, there will be a large incentive for software producers and such to market to it. If Linux had more people using it, more people would market to it, and more people will be willing to use it. Now, of course, Linux isn't exactly tiny...but it isn't nearly as large as Windows. The more people who use it, the better it will be, I think (but this statement isn't too true for Windows, as tons of people use it and it still isn't as good.../me pets Ubuntu and Fedora).

Just finished trying what you said--it seems to be that the receivers are non-functional (or, as I'd like to say, dysfunctional). I did, however, turn some of my facial indicators red and they aren't turning back. My mom said it looks like I burst some capillaries due to strain...so we have a P2P system that has a shorter range than my home wireless network AND as a bonus can cause physical and/or aesthetic damage to its users. Next thing you know, there will be viruses plaguing the system. I know my antivirus defences, though--don't open an *.exe in a response to a question like "What time is it?".

Are you insinuating that the spontaneous creation of energy isn't possible, backing up the 1st Law of Thermodynamics? Are you saying that entropy can't be converted back to usable energy, as the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics has us believe? Preposterous! Everybody knows that entropy is always decreasing in a closed system!

I've only been using it for around 10 seconds. No replies, no status reports, not even a blinking LED to indicate that an attempted transfer is occuring. This'll never catch on.
