Yeh, dude... they have a native version of Photoshop, you know. No point in putting in more layers of crud to run a Windows version of Photoshop using Wine which will prolly event require X11 installed... you get the picture.
If you're gonna start analysing, make sure you've got the facts first, mkay?
And it's exactly people like you who are tripping over themselves to justify their adoration and devotion which gives Gentoo that image. Take a step back, and welcome everyone, even the wannabes.
So you're saying that you love Gentoo because of the 'exclusivity' factor? Get over yourself kiddo, I'm running pretty much the same stuff without having to spend a weekend compiling, I use it because it's free and gives me the choice... not because it's user-unfriendly.
Privacy issues aside, this could come in incredibly handy for those travelling abroad and being robbed. Much too often tourists are burgled of all their stuff, including passport, if the passport could be located, so might their other stuff including the thief.
Quite similarly to games such as Operation Iraqi Freedom, Desert Storm, America's Army and all the other games which currently glorify the western ideals.
I wonder what the risks are of becoming too reliant on these sorts of technologies, through which our own judgement and alertness is gradually dimished.
Though, 100% reliance on human qualities hasn't been working too well so far, anyway.

This man needs to retire, and quickly.
I had the exact same problem. I said good bye and used a private box. Not much you can do if the asshole in charge is a power tripping ego.
If the range is not that far, why the concern about being tracked?

Well Bob... Bob, I must say, I'm a big Michael Bolton fan, in fact I've pirated his entire collection.
I thought MS office 2003 already incorporate this XM L stuff?
